Birth Doula
Chavah Childbirth Services offers continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to mothers and their families before, during, and immediately after childbirth, helping them achieve the healthiest and most fulfilling experience possible.
Postpartum Doula
With a focus on nurturing both the baby and the family, a postpartum doula helps ease the transition into parenthood by offering emotional support, practical assistance, and valuable resources. This care promotes healing, confidence, and bonding during the sacred postpartum period.
Breastfeeding Support
I offer personalized breastfeeding support to help new mothers navigate the early stages of nursing. With a focus on both the mother’s comfort and the baby’s needs, this support helps establish a positive breastfeeding experience, fostering a strong foundation for a healthy feeding relationship.
Family Sleep Support
As a whole family, sleep is important for critical well being. I will answer your sleep-related questions, provide information on age appropriate sleep patterns for your baby and create a customized plan to optimize sleep and achieve overall balance in your families life.
It’s no secret Erin’s paternal grandmother’s teachings and love of family shaped her calling into this treasured profession.
As an approved Doula Trainer Erin has educated hundreds of Doulas. She taught for many years at Mount Royal University in Calgary and shared knowledge for Gabriel Dumont Technical Institute’s Indigenous Birth Support Worker program in Saskatoon.
Erin is deeply committed to training and mentoring the next generation of doulas with the Canadian Doula Academy.
