One-to-One Doula for Doulas
As a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator in Canada since 2006, I bring years of experience and a deep commitment to supporting fellow Doulas. I’m dedicated to helping you reach your full potential by providing not only practical tools but also support. Whether you’re refining your client care approach, building your business, or seeking guidance while certifying, I’m here to empower you to make your Doula journey a fulfilling one.
Monthly Mentorship
INVESTMENT: $195/Month* | INCLUSIONS:
1 hour virtual session to discuss your doula goals, answer questions and create an action plan
Day or night phone support to discuss a real-time situations, or to debrief
Unlimited text and email support for questions, resources, & referrals
*Bundle to save: 3 months @ $525 and repeat as often as desired
Pocket Mentorship
INVESTMENT: $65/Month* | INCLUSIONS:
Unlimited daytime text and email support for questions, resources, & referrals.
*The Pocket Mentorship package runs month to month. For complex topics, further discussion may be required.
In-Person Mentorship
INVESTMENT: $125/Hour* | INCLUSIONS:
How to get started, including the interview process
Prenatal appointment preparation
Birth and Postpartum doula techniques and tools
Working in hospital and homes & understanding common protocols
Postpartum debrief & preparation
Other discussions about topics of your choice
*2 hours is usually required for initial mentorship sessions. This is a flat rate regardless of time spent together.
Virtual Mentorship
INVESTMENT: $55/Hour* | INCLUSIONS:
A 1-hour virtual meeting to explore how to make doula work sustainable, heart-centered, and client focused.
*Subsequent sessions are available at $50 per hour

Mentorship is available to Doulas from any learning modality. The uniqueness and life experiences of all persons is welcome and embraced. Together we will explore how best to honour and nurture your unique needs, traditions and identity as a birth worker.

To guarantee the best coaching support a limited number of mentees are accepted each month. Mentorship is a rolling process and often includes a waitlist.

All mentorship fees are required in advance and payments can be made with e-transfer. Payment plans are available for long-term mentorship bundles. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Doula for Doulas is based near Cochrane, Alberta and offers certified one-to-one doula mentorship and support across Canada. Whether you're looking for guidance in person or virtually, I am committed to helping doulas at all stages of their journey, no matter where you are located.

It’s no secret Erin’s paternal grandmother’s teachings and love of family shaped her calling into this treasured profession…
As an approved Doula Trainer Erin has educated hundreds of Doulas. She taught for many years at Mount Royal University in Calgary and shared knowledge for Gabriel Dumont Technical Institute’s Indigenous Birth Support Worker program in Saskatoon.
Erin is deeply committed to training and mentoring the next generation of Doulas with the Canadian Doula Academy.
