As a postpartum doula, I’ll help build confidence and provide professional support to all members of the new family in the comfort of your home.
Postpartum Care Can Include:
Maternal recovery (rest and self-care)
Breastfeeding support and instruction
Answers for new parents (infant sleep, babywearing, etc.)
Newborn care (diapering, bathing, etc.)
Meal preparation and nutritional guidance
The completion of errands, as needed
Light household tasks (laundry, dishes, etc.)
Assistance with sibling adjustment and care
Accompanying mother and infant to important appointments
Phone/email/text support for 3 months after our time together is finished
